OUTPUT SITUATION
We were commissioned by Dialectica to support the renowned international strategy consultancy Kearney in the area of technical service procurement. Dialectica acted as the client, Kearney was the direct project partner.
Kearney aimed to gain a comprehensive understanding of current best practices and efficiency levers in technical service procurement. This should make it possible to implement modern, efficient procurement processes internally and with customers.

IMPLEMENTATION
